49-year-old Schumacher announced his non-traditional sexual orientation* by publishing a post on one of the social networks.
“The most beautiful thing in life is to have the right partner with whom you can share everything,” Schumacher wrote.
Ralf Schumacher debuted in Formula 1 in 1997 for the Jordan team. Two seasons later, the driver moved to the Williams team. In 2005, Schumacher partnered with Italian Jarno Trulli in the Toyota team. His contract ended in 2007, following which the athlete competed in the DTM series (German Touring Car Championship – editor’s note). In Formula 1, Ralf Schumacher finished on the podium 27 times.
