Bollywood Comedy Horror Blockbuster movie “Street 2” hero Rajkummar Rao’s one film fee has reached the kaduros and according to a report he has taken Rs 6 crore for his work in Street 2.
But you will be surprised to know that Rajkumra Rao’s first film was not paid in lakhs but a few thousand rupees.
According to Indian media, Rajkumar Rao started his career in 2010 with Deba Kirbanerjee’s film ‘Love Sex Aur Shohak’ and he was paid only 11 thousand Indian rupees in this film.
The Indian media did not tell how much money Rajkumar Rao had to go through in search of acting. After moving to Mumbai, he searched for an acting role for about a year and a half, but could not find any role. Finally they found an ad. There he met casting director Atal Mongia. He called Rajkumar Rao for an audition.
In an interview given to the Indian media, he revealed that, when I went for the audition for the first time, I was wearing strange clothes, seeing which I was asked what I was wearing. Don’t you have any other clothes?
The actor said, he auditioned in the same outfit and the director liked his audition. I also had to lose weight for this ad, which I did easily. But I didn’t get any compensation for it.
Rajkumar Rao said that I was paid only 11 thousand rupees for this film, but I did not do this film for money, because the work was important for me. So I took full advantage of this opportunity.
