Video of bravery went viral, DGP gave promotion
A video of this incident went viral on social media. People appreciated a lot. The police officers also recommended a ‘gallantry’ promotion to constable Ramesh, who single-handedly confronted the miscreants and nabbed the miscreant. Director General of Police (DGP) Umesh Mishra lauded the gallant act of constable Ramesh. Soon orders were also issued to give ‘gallantry promotion’ to constable Rameshk Meena for bravery.
