It’s a strange device that took place at the Mont des Arts (Brussels) last weekend. Arousing the interest of passers-by and tourists who come to enjoy one of the most beautiful panoramas of Brussels, this device is intriguing. Made up of plexiglass, certain parts of which appear obscured, this arrangement does not reflect the beauty of our capital. The goal is quite different: a writing informs us that we are in fact looking through the eyes of Laetitia, who is visually impaired.
