Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise (ALE) – communications, network and cloud solutions provider – enhances its RainbowTM communication and collaboration platform and launches Rainbow Telephony for Microsoft Teams, designed to interface with Microsoft Teams.
The feature is a connector that allows seamless integration with phone systems installed on any device (desktop, smartphone and tablet), software and environments such as, for example, synchronization of presence status, a single phone number, SSO (single sign-on ) and three-way calls. Advanced features like call management, conferencing and call blocking facilitate efficient communication with customers, business partners and suppliers.
