In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, including Peshawar, storms and rains continue intermittently at many places. 2 people including a woman were killed and 7 people were injured due to wall collapse in Shabqadar Tehsil of Charsadda. PDMA Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has predicted wind and heavy rain in the upper and plain areas till Sunday.

Peshawar, Mardan and Khyber received rain with strong winds, which made the weather pleasant. Rainwater entered the basement of Peshawar Press Club on Sher Shah Suri Road in Peshawar. While following the strong wind and rain, electricity also disappeared in many areas of Peshawar.

A woman and a 20-year-old youth died in Charsadda when walls collapsed due to strong winds and rain. The deceased woman belongs to Dilla Zak area while the young man belongs to Korona river. 7 people including 5 women were also injured in various incidents.

The PDMA officials say that due to rains, there is a possibility that the traffic will be affected due to landslides in the hilly areas.
