After the deployment of Dragonflight patch 10.0.7, Blizzard made many balancing changes. This had a yo-yo effect for certain specializations which we have seen alternately going up and down in the rankings of the best DPS in recent days. I suggest you take stock of the situation at the Caveau des Incarnations.
Best DPS in Heroic Difficulty
In Heroic difficulty, the Affliction Warlock maintains his top spot. However, he no longer has a boulevard ahead of the other classes, as was the case last week. From now on, several specializations are on par with him, starting with the Frost Mage, the Arcane Mage.
Behind, the Destruction Warlock, the Unholy Death Knight, the Arms Warrior, the Assassination Rogue and the Survival Hunter do not have to be ashamed of their performances, the differences being quite tenuous.
In recent days, we have seen a fall of the Beast Mastery Hunter from 4th to 12th place. Same story for the Frost Death Knight losing feathers. On the other hand, the Paladin Retribution leaves the bottom of the ranking and gains 8 places.
Best Mythic DPS
In Mythic mode, it’s party time for the Retribution Paladin who goes from 11th to 1st place! It’s a great victory for this specialization which Blizzard took care of a lot in patch 10.0.7. Behind it, there are two specializations of the Warlock, namely Destruction and Demonology.
Among the falls, we note that of the Precision Hunter which goes from 5th to 10th place. Conversely, the Shadow Priest and the Fire Mage grabbed a few places and moved up the rankings.
Keep in mind that outside of the Top 3, the gaps are still quite small, with only 6% difference between the Frost DK and the Enhancement Shaman.
