At Roland Garros, anesthetic injections had to help to relieve Nadal of the acute pain, a new therapy should help get it under control permanently: “If that works, I’ll keep playing, if not, we’ll have to keep looking. Then I have to see if I’m ready to have another big operation, not knowing if the problem really gets better and if I can then ever play at the highest level once more.”
