– lunch:
starches
½ loaf or 3 tablespoons of rice or 9 tablespoons of boiled rice or 3 tablespoons of pasta or 9 tablespoons of boiled pasta.
meat
½ grilled or boiled chicken, 2 grilled or boiled steaks, 3 grilled fish, 2 boiled eggs or light salt cheese.
– Dinner:
½ baladi loaf + light salt cheese + salad or 3 assorted fruits or 2 light yogurt.
second week
Breakfast:
2 brown toast + 1 slice of cheddar or flamenco cheese, or 2 brown toast + 2 slices of roast beef.
Or 2 brown toast + 2 slices of smoked turkey + tea with milk or foam coffee.
Or 3 tablespoons of corn flakes + a cup of milk, or 6 slices of light biscuits + tea with milk or foamy coffee.
– lunch:
Any type of meat is allowed in any quantity + vegetables + salad.
– Dinner:
2 light yogurt, tomato cheese, or 3 fruits + tea with milk.
the third week
– Breakfast:
3 fruits of the same type + tea with milk.
– lunch:
Grilled fish, tuna, or chicken breasts + vegetables + salad.
– Dinner:
2 light yogurt, or cheese with tomatoes + tea with milk.
fourth week:
– Breakfast:
Yogurt + cucumber, or cheese with tomatoes, or 2 boiled eggs + tea with milk.
– lunch:
A green salad dish, or a sauteed vegetable dish.
2 pieces of grilled or boiled meat, or 2 grilled or boiled chicken breasts, or grilled fish.
– Dinner:
In the first three days of the diet, dinner is the same as breakfast.
The fifth week:
First day
Breakfast and dinner: any amount of fruit of the same type.
the second day
Breakfast and dinner: half the amount of fruit eaten on the first day of the same type.
the third day
Breakfast and dinner: skip the fruit completely, and replace it with 4 light yogurts or lightly salted cheese.
Lunch: any type of meat is allowed + salad + vegetables (in any quantities).
Dinner: the same as breakfast.
For the last three days:
Breakfast: It is one of the meals available for breakfast for the first week, with a cup of tea with skimmed milk, vegetables, and a salad with half a loaf of local bread.
Lunch: green salad or raw vegetables, 9 teaspoons of rice or 9 teaspoons of pasta.
Or cottage cheese without tomatoes, or two grilled or boiled chicken breasts, or 2 grilled fish, or 2 boiled eggs, or two grilled or boiled meat pieces.
Dinner: green salad, 2 light yogurts, or cottage cheese without tomatoes.
The seventh day of every free week, as follows:
A varied breakfast, a varied lunch, and for dinner two hours before bedtime, light yogurt with lemon.
Some notes and tips to follow:
1. Sports start from the fourth week.
2. It is necessary to consult a specialist doctor, especially diabetics, because the diet will help in regularizing blood sugar.
3. It is recommended to drink 2:3 liters of water per day.
4. Take care to sleep early, to help the body burn more fat, and regular eating times.
5. Eat meals at least 4 hours apart.
6. Dinner should be eaten 3 hours before bedtime.
7. Not to take vitamins that help open the appetite.
Prohibited list:
Radwa mentioned that she abstained from some foods, such as: sweets, including chewing gum, pickles, diet or regular soda, processed meats such as hot dogs, and white bread.
In addition, avoid consuming peanuts, pulp and all kinds of salted nuts.
