This new service is also accessible via the website www.radeej.ma.
This application, which gives the possibility of registering and opening an account in an easy way, allows customers to have an overview of their accounts and access the list of their invoices for a period of up to five years as well only to unpaid debts which can be settled through the application in a fluid and secure way.
The application also makes it possible to file and monitor the progress of the processing of subscription and termination requests as well as complaints, in addition to the possibility of obtaining administrative certificates such as those of subscription, termination, as well as the statement of consumption and others. In addition, this application gives access to other services such as invoice simulation, adds the same source.
The launch of this new mobile application comes, according to the management, to reinforce the policy of continuous improvement of its services, the purpose being to bring the services of the RADEEJ closer to the customers while raising their quality.
