Al-Marsad Newspaper: Activists circulated on social media a picture of Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi during a meeting in the New Administrative Capital, while behind him appeared a board bearing a Quranic verse.
The plaque bears a verse to the effect: “He gives wisdom to whom He wills, and whoever is given wisdom has already been given a great deal of good.” (verse 2) 69 in Surat Al-Baqarah).
The photo sparked a wide interaction among social media activists.
