New details of the intimate wedding of Cecilia Bolocco and Pepo Daire which was held this Saturday at the businessman’s house in Vitacura.
During this Tuesday’s chapter of Me Latethe journalist Luis Sandoval revealed the exclusive menu enjoyed by the 90 guests at the wedding of the former Miss Universe.
The banquet was in charge of Amelia Correa, the mother of Felipe Izquierdo, who stood out for his elegance and his large quantities, according to the communicator.
“There was a pretty tremendous cocktail (…) there was a lot, a lot. And what was repeated the most and what people tasted and loved was the crazy canapé, (…) and salmon ceviche”, Sandoval said.
Likewise, the panelist added that “they also told me that there were meatballs, these little meat balls that people are poking.”
Regarding dinner, he explained that it was three courses, with a starter, main course and dessert. “The entrance was a crab dish,” Sandoval said.
Regarding the main dish, it was “a piece of meat, it had a potato volcano stuffed with cheese accompanied by an assortment of vegetables and with different types of sauces.”
“A fillet medallion in phyllo dough with broad bean puree and leaf litter dessert, accompanied by sauces,” added his partner Francisco Halzinki.
