Quinton Jackson’s Son Wins Second MMA Fight

Second victory in a row in MMA, by submission, for Raja Jackson, the son of Quinton Jackson, who posted a video on Twitter.

Quinton “Rampage” Jackson left the UFC to go to Bellator in 2013. He last fought in December 2019 at Bellator 237 and lost to Fedor by first-round TKO. Currently, Jackson is a free agent to fight wherever he wants.

Quinton Jackson’s son, Raja, 22, has just won his second amateur MMA fight. He had beaten Zalimkhav Shakhrudinov in November 2021 and just beat Malique Lee this weekend. Here is the video posted by Quinton Jackson (via bjpenn) :

On Twitter, Quinton Jackson said:

« A little clip from my son’s fight. Global Legion FC. My son won his 2nd MMA fight…that’s it, just wanted to brag« .

Quinton Jackson, for his part, would like to do boxing, he has been talking regarding it for a few years, but is also not opposed to returning to MMA, even at 43 years old:

« I had times when I came back. Like following my loss to Mauricio Rua, people thought I was finished and I came back to win a belt and then make history as the first unified champion in MMA. Even though I’m much older now, I want to make one last comeback, because I love this sport. I’ve seen many fighters retire, get bored of the sport and come back, but they wait too long. They come back following three or five years, and it’s just not in them anymore. I think with the mind and heart that I have, I might come back and just entertain the fans.. »
