From now on, anyone who receives a file through Quick Share will be able to see the status – in percentage – of the transfer. In addition, the resource may undergo simplification in file sharing.
When receiving small files, this is a detail that you don’t notice, but Quick Share does not display a percentage of the transfer progress to the recipient. Currently, the recipient only sees a progress ring around the device icon. But that started to change!
With the arrival of the update, the same transfer percentage seen on the sender’s device will appear on the recipient’s device. Thus, transfers of very large files, such as videos, can be monitored in minute detail by whoever is participating in the sharing.
