The Minister of Health, Christian Dubé, presents his plan to overhaul the Quebec health system at 9 a.m. this morning.
Minister Dubé will be accompanied by the Minister for Health and Social Services, Lionel Carmant, and the Minister responsible for Seniors and Caregivers, Marguerite Blais.
Prime Minister François Legault will not be present for the announcement as he is still in isolation following testing positive for COVID-19, but announced his colors in a Facebook post last night.
“It’s a complete plan, but there is one big priority for me that must come before all the others. This is front-line care, in a clinic or CLSC,” said Mr. Legault.
His message specifies that his government is now proposing an action plan and not a consultation or a study commission.
