Quebec Pharmacist Owners: Urging Population to Get Vaccinated Against Respiratory Viruses

The Quebec Association of Pharmacist Owners (AQPP) thus adds its voice to that of public authorities to invite Quebecers to be vaccinated once morest COVID-19, influenza or respiratory syncytial virus (RSV).

The president of the Association, Benoit Morin, reports that since the start of the fall vaccination campaign, more than a million doses of vaccines once morest influenza and COVID-19 have been administered in pharmacies.

He deplores that according to recent data from the Ministry of Health and Social Services, approximately 50% of people aged 70 and over have still not made an appointment or have not received a new COVID vaccine -19 or influenza.

Benoit Morin reminds that vaccines once morest COVID-19 and influenza are free for all and that patients can make an appointment to benefit from them on the Clic Santé portal or on their own pharmacy’s website.
