This Friday class “Taichi for your Health” with Qigong exercises and information for well-being

This Friday, Qigong exercises for well-being will continue to be shared in the “Taichi for your Health” class, where information will also be given about the next free class in Paseo de la Reforma and other activities to start.

These activities will be carried out through the Facebook page of Mexico with the World United for Taichi, which will be broadcast this Friday, August 4, from 5:00 p.m. to 5:40 p.m., with retransmission on the Sendero Artes page Marciales, from the same social network.

For this class of “Taichi for your Health”, there will be a continuation of the series of Qigong exercises for the well-being of people who suffer from some type of fatigue in their eyes or part of their body.

Another topic that will be addressed will be the next free class in Paseo de la Reforma, in which the graduates of the Taichi Competence Standard with SEP-CONOCER recognition will be present, who will put into practice what they learned during the six months they took this course.

Along with them will also be some of the new students of this certification, which will be an introduction of what they will be able to achieve at the end of this certification.

In addition to these topics, information will be offered on activities for the well-being and interest of people that are about to start.
