At times the wind can gust up to 26 nautical miles. This is just before the country enters autumn. Wave heights range from 2 to 5 feet. Sometimes it can be up to 8 feet. Saturday will be warm. Wind speed will range from 5-20 nautical miles. The average temperature in September is 33.1 degrees. The lowest temperature ever recorded in September was in 1964 – 20.3 degrees Celsius. The highest recorded was in 2001 – 46.2 degrees.

Violation of naturalization law; More than 500 companies have been fined
Dubai: More than 500 companies have been fined for violating the naturalization law in the UAE. A total of 565 companies have been fined since June last year, officials said. Fines ranging from 20,000 to 100,000 dirhams were imposed on companies that violated the law. The Ministry of Human Resource Indigenization has also informed that some companies have been downgraded.
Currently, more than 81,000 natives are working in the private sector. So many natives are working in 17,000 companies. The UAE is targeting 10 percent indigenization in the private sector by the end of 2026.
Private firms in the UAE are required to complete one percent indigenization between January and June this year. It is proposed to appoint one percent of the employees within six months in private institutions with 50 or more employees. The target is two percent per annum. The half-yearly repatriation was supposed to be completed by June 30, but the time was extended till July 7.
