What you can expect:

Interns will engage in valuable work, which includes performing financial valuation and executing complex discounted cash flow and multiples-based analyses. You will also be tasked with building and utilizing sophisticated financial models, preparing pitchbooks, and developing materials for live deals, such as offering memorandums and prospectuses. Additionally, you will conduct in-depth industry and product research, analyze intricate corporate and financial information, and actively participate in the execution of financings and M&A transactions.
