The Pyramid tennis club hosted another successful annual rating tournament on December 1st, bringing together amateur players from throughout the community. This year’s competition saw tennis enthusiasts from 16 to 68 years old – a testament to the club’s commitment to fostering a love of tennis for all.

“The Pyramid club unites amateur tennis players of different skill levels and ages,” said club member Leili Blagovisnaya. “Suffice it to say that tennis players from 16 to 68 years old took part in these competitions! Tennis truly unites and gives people energy and joy. Our club is a shining example of this.”

The rating competition provided an exciting opportunity for players.

“Contestants who finish in the top three places in both categories rise in the rankings according to their category. So, these competitions are a great way to quickly climb the ranks, bypassing the usual rules of the Pyramid, where a participant rises in the rankings step by step, challenging the athlete one position higher,” explained head coach Vladimir Borisov.
