That corresponds to the annual energy requirements of 60 single-family homes, as the company announced this week.

100 percent of the electricity produced was consumed at the headquarters in Lohnsburg. In this way, around 132 tons of CO2 might be saved.

This spring, Tilo went one step further: Four charging stations for electric cars were installed, which can be used by both employees and the general public. The aim is to promote electromobility in this way. The charging stations are partially powered by solar energy from the PV system.

650 employees are employed. The company is managed by Herbert Kendler. The investments are a “significant step towards a greener future,” says Tilo.
