Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Wednesday that current U.S. President Joe Biden is more “predictable” than Trump. However, Putin also said that Russia is willing to cooperate with whoever wins the US presidential election in November this year.

(Deutsche Welle Chinese website) When asked by reporters who Russia prefers to be elected as the next US president between Republican Trump and Democrat Biden, Putin said: “Biden, because he is rich. Experience, more predictability, he is an old-school politician.” Putin avoided questions regarding Biden’s age and health. A few weeks following the election, Biden will celebrate his 82nd birthday.

Putin said: “I met with Mr. Biden three years ago. At that time, some people questioned his ability, but I did not find any problems.”

The latest polls in the United States show thatVoters are obviously worried regarding Biden’s age. Two recent discoveries have further fueled discussions regarding President Biden’s age. One was when Biden confused current European leaders with their late predecessors. Another incident was the special prosecutor’s report describing Biden as “an old man with a bad memory.” The White House has had to provide clarification multiple times over the past week regarding President Biden’s health.

Russian President Vladimir Putin: Biden is more experienced and more predictable.

President Biden himself has strongly refuted the accusations of memory loss, but mixed up the names of the presidents of Egypt and Mexico in his speech.

The 77-year-old Trump also confused the names of his opponent, Republican Haley, and former House Speaker Pelosi in a speech.

In the interview, Putin expressed firm opposition to U.S. foreign policy under Biden. Putin said: “What we need to examine is its political stance, and the political stance of the current US government is extremely harmful and wrong.”

US President Joe Biden has dismissed suggestions that he has a severe memory loss.

In the two-year-old Russia-Ukraine war, President Biden has been leading the Western camp to provide help to Ukraine. Biden has always strongly condemned Putin for launching a war to invade Ukraine, while Trump has expressed his admiration for Putin on multiple occasions.

As the Republican presidential candidate, Trump also hinted not long ago thatHe will encourage Russia to attack those NATO members who refuse to pay enough. This statement triggered a strong wave of criticism.

Trump responded to Putin’s latest comments at a rally in South Carolina on Wednesday night. “This is a great compliment,” Trump said. “I’ve gotten along very well with Putin in the past, but he obviously doesn’t like me and prefers Biden. Biden will give Ukraine to Putin.”
