Putin: Russia is stationing nuclear weapons in Belarus

Russian President Vladimir Putin has announced the deployment of tactical nuclear weapons in the former Soviet republic of Belarus. Moscow and Minsk had agreed on this, Putin said on state television on Saturday evening. Russia is not violating international treaties.
