Brazilian midfielders Malcolm and Claudinho were named among the 34 people who received Russian citizenship today.
Malcom has been playing for Zenit since August 2019, Claudinho since August 2021.
RFU about Russian passports for Malcolm and Claudinho: “There is a theoretical possibility that they will be able to play for the Russian national team and will no longer be considered legionnaires”
