Putin announces partial mobilization, starting from Wednesday: The West wants to destroy Russia

Dubai, United Arab Emirates (CNN) – Russian President Vladimir Putin announced partial mobilization in the Russian Federation, starting from Wednesday, according to what was reported by the Russian official “TASS” agency.

In a speech addressed to the Russian people, Putin said: “In order to protect our homeland, its sovereignty and territorial integrity, and to ensure the security of our people and the peoples of the liberated areas, I consider it necessary to support the proposal of the Ministry of Defense and the Chief of Staff to declare partial mobilization in the Russian Federation,” he said.

The Russian President confirmed that the partial mobilization begins on Wednesday, September 21, stressing that he has signed a presidential decree in this regard.

And Putin added: “I repeat, we are talking regarding a partial mobilization and it includes only those who are considered to be in the reserve army and of course those who served in the armed forces and those who have military experience and related competencies,” he said.

And the Russian president added: “After the regime in Kyiv publicly rejected peaceful solutions to the Donbass crisis today and even announced its claims regarding nuclear weapons, it has become clear that the stage of carrying out a larger-scale military operation in Donbass, as happened twice before, is inevitable.” , as he put it.

Putin continued, “The goal of the West is to weaken, divide and ultimately destroy our country.”
