Szekesfehervar – HC Pustertal Wölfe was the last team to reach the semi-finals of the ICE Ice Hockey League. The South Tyroleans completed the surprise on Saturday and won the seventh and decisive game of the “best of seven” quarter-final series in Szekesfehervar with 4:1 (1:0,2:1,1:0). This means that the eighth team in the regular round has to deal with the first team KAC, the second duel is Salzburg (3rd) – Bozen (4th). From Tuesday onwards the game will once more be played over a maximum of seven games.
