Pakistani athlete Arshad Nadeem, who won the gold medal in the Paris Olympics, was awarded big prizes by Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz.

Arshad Nadeem, who won the gold medal in the javelin throw competition, was announced to give away the prizes by major political figures, including Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz.

Maryam Nawaz reached gold medalist world champion Arshad Nadeem’s home in a helicopter to meet him at his village Mianchan.

Punjab Chief Minister made Arshad Nadeem’s mother sit with him and they talked for a long time. He took pictures and selfies with Arshad Nadeem’s family.

Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz was accompanied by Senior Minister Maryam Aurangzeb, Sports Minister Faisal Ayub Khokhar, Special Assistant Zeeshan Malik, MPA Sania Ashiq, Amir Hayat Haraj, Pir Aslam Bodla, Chief Secretary, ACS South, AIG South, Secretary Sports, Commissioner, RPO, Deputy Commissioner, and others were also present.

After presenting the gifts, Mian returned to Lahore from Channu after meeting the Chief Minister of Punjab Maryam Nawaz Khiladi.
