Journalist Otar Kushanashvili experienced the wrath of the Primadonna a few years ago. The man was away from the incident for several months. The scandal broke out in the 90s, but only now Otar decided to talk regarding it.
According to Kushanashvili, at the dawn of his career, he figured out how to quickly unwind and told live on the entertainment program that he had a fight with Pugacheva. The journalist described the brawl in great detail, it was impossible not to believe him.
“He said that we had a skirmish with her. She was drunk, she reprimanded me for my behavior in the Sharks of the Pen program. And I answered: “Go to hell, Przhevalsky’s horse!” She pushed me, I hit her, ”Kushanashvili recalled that fictional story.
But soon Otar had to answer for the lie. Alla Borisovna and the journalist met at a social event. The prima donna immediately demanded an explanation. Otar did not come up with anything better than to say that he was drunk and does not remember the reasons for his act.
“Well, how might such a thing come to mind ?! He lied to fill his own worth, ”recalls Kushanashvili.
The fictional conflict turned into a very real trial. Pugacheva threatened to imprison the journalist. He faced 4 years in prison. The singer won the trial, but still decided not to send Otar to prison, but acted in her own way.
“On the second day, Alla says: “Okay, on your knees. Kiss the hands.” Then the newspapers described that I had shown cowardice. It didn’t occur to anyone that I wasn’t a bastard, but that I was drunk and lying. I apologized and swept the streets for three months,” admitted Kushanashvili.
