Puch-d’Agenais. A whirlwind of flavors in the markets

At 29, Syndie Luton decided to go into professional retraining. For 9 months, she returned to school, learning at the CFA in Agen, with pastry as her favorite field. Once her CAP in her pocket, Syndie worked for some time as an employee for pastry chefs. But the desire to fly with one’s own wings has intensified, the need to be able to create one’s own recipes and share one’s passion for sweets, to meet people, to not stay locked up, to move… In June, she created her business specializing in itinerant pastry, at her home in Puch-d’Agenais. She called it Le Tourbillon des Saveurs. An appellation quite wisely! Syndie Luton offers a wide range of pastries and desserts, original personal creations, revisited traditional recipes, each more enticing than the next, combining flavors with visuals. It also offers some savory recipes for quiches, pizzas or croque-monsieur. Since last month, the mobile pastry shop Le Tourbillon des Saveurs has been moving to the Confluent and Agenais sectors. It is present under the hall during the Puchois market on Sunday mornings, alternating for a week with that of Montesquieu, among others, at the gourmet market in Lavardac on Thursday evenings, at the Moulin des Tours in Barbaste on Saturday evenings. Syndie Luton also makes personalized cakes and desserts to order.
