A subject fired a shotgun at a police officer when he was being caught for the crime of alleged rape once morest his daughter, in Pucallpa, region Ucayali.
The fatal victim was identified as the non-commissioned officer of the PNP Julián Chahuano, who along with other of his companions were in full arrest of the aggressor; however, he took out his shotgun and began to threaten them.

Likewise, according to the only witness, the thug began to struggle with another of the agents in order to take away his regulated firearm. However, by the time the police managed to handcuff the offender, he had already shot Chahuano.
Although the non-commissioned officer was helped and transferred to a health center, due to the seriousness of his injuries, he lost his life. It was thus that his remains were veiled at the headquarters of the Noncommissioned Officers Association. The uniformed family demanded justice.
Regarding the background of the defendant, this had been denounced by his ex-partner following sexually abusing his daughter since she was 12 years old. Thus, this criminal now faces two accusations: homicide and sexual abuse.
