Kim Young-ran said, “There are still higher and more difficult mountains to climb, but I get strength from the encouragement and comfort, voluntary will, support and empathy that the ARMYs give me. Even if she is exhausted and exhausted, she will become a butterfly in the time of Kairos and she will continue to flap her wings of hope,” she says.

In the followingnoon, the sky was lingering as if it was regarding to rain, and the sunlight peeked through the clouds, reminding us once once more that there is an invisible, but constantly gushing vitality in the world.”

As a cancer survivor, the habits he kept were △108 times △ laughing out loud △ giving up experimentation △ gardening and vegetarianism △ prolific (long chewing) △ drinking hot tea.

The three authors are said to have decided to become the main character of the book ‘Arming Out – Habits’ with the hope that all cancer patients will be healthy with good habits. He said that he had already developed good habits one by one while suffering cancer, and there was hope and belief that more good habits would be formed if they were shared.

“What good habits are right for me?’ I hope you will take a look around, find a good habit that suits you, and try to flap your wings to change yourself. Even if the flapping of your wings to change yourself may feel difficult at first, if you repeat it a hundred times or a hundred days, you will find yourself flying closer to the good life you have always longed for.”
