Just imagine the life choices made that led to this moment—like when they joined that “Skip School to Snap Secrets” club instead of football.
Among the suspects are individuals like Aziz Nisanov, Alexander Sedikov, and Yigal Nisan. I mean, if you’re going to turn into a double agent, at least choose a name that strikes fear! “The most serious security affair we’ve ever known”: The Rishon Lezion Magistrate’s Court allowed the publication today that the State Attorney’s Office submitted a statement of prosecution against seven suspects, residents of Haifa and the Kiryat, on suspicion of acting as agents for Iranian intelligence. Among the suspects, a deserter soldier and two minors, who were claimed to have been employed by Iranian intelligence agents during the war. The suspects carried out various espionage missions, including photographing and collecting information on military bases and strategic sites of the IDF, including the air force bases in Nabatim and Ramat David, the Kariya camp in Tel Aviv and the Iron Dome battery sites.
Among the suspects: Aziz Nisanov, Alexander Sedikov, Yigal Nisan, Vychaslav Goshchin, Yevgeny Yufa and two minors whose names are prohibited from publication. The prosecutor’s office is expected to file an indictment against the seven suspects in the district court in Haifa this Friday, for a series of serious security offenses.
