Psychiatry: how does the lack of resources affect the quality of care?

Of the 13 million people affected by a psychiatric disorder in France, only 40% to 60% are taken care of. While the suicide rate in France is one of the highest in European countries of comparable development, and the Covid crisis has brought to light the mental disorders from which the French suffer, mental health remains the poor relation of the tricolor system.
