French PSG defeated Spanish Real Sociedad on the road in the return match of the 1/8 finals of the Champions League.
The meeting ended with a score of 2:1. As part of the winners, Kylian Mbappe scored a double (15th and 56th minutes). Mikel Merino (89) scored for Real Sociedad. The Russian midfielder of the Spaniards, Arsen Zakharyan, was not included in the squad for the match due to injury.
In the first match, the Parisians also won – 2:0. Thus, PSG reached the quarterfinals of the Champions League on aggregate.
The draw for the quarterfinal stage of the tournament will take place on March 15. The first games of the quarter finals will be held on April 9–10, the return games on April 16–17.
