Przemysław Klima is a chef, restaurateur and the first winner of two Michelin stars in Poland, who will sit as a juror in the next season of the “MasterChef” program. How does a culinary expert look like in the eyes of old show regulars, i.e. Magda Gessler and Michel Moran? – He’s not pretending to be anyone, said the French chef.

His mother was his first boss, who gave him many family recipes and allowed him to cook together. – It’s the best thing for the child because it can get dirty and dirty – says Przemysław Klima.
Then it was time to develop more professionally in this direction. After culinary school, he learned from the best – he completed an internship at, among others, in the Danish restaurant Noma and worked as a sous chef in the most renowned Polish pubs. Until he finally became the boss himself, and the place he created was the first (and so far only) in Poland to receive two Michelin stars.
– The restaurant was registered in the guide 11 years ago. (…) And so it happened that one day they came to us and ate. I don’t know who it was. I don’t know when they were. I don’t know how many inspections there were and how it was done. I just got the call that we had our first star. It was the same with the second star – said Klima in the Dzień Dobry TVN studio.
– Przemek wins in terms of taste, because all these things are absolutely delicious and acceptable in his simplicity and modesty. – says Magda Gessler. – He doesn’t stabilize on one menu. He is constantly curious regarding how to go further and how he will surprise himself even more. He is certainly very hard-working, he is certainly very consistent, but above all, he is unpredictable. It is unpredictable in itself. Every day, discovering some connections brings him great joy and he himself cannot believe that he is capable of it – added the star of “Kitchen Revolutions” in Maria Ziemlińska-Mazurek’s material.
– He is himself, he doesn’t pretend to be anyone – any celebrity or culinary star. He knows what to do, he is effective and that makes him one of the best, in my opinion, in Poland and one of the best in Europe – Michel Moran expressed the opinion.

Castings are underway for the next edition of “MasterChef”, which will be broadcast on TVN in the fall. Anna Starmach said goodbye to the program following many years, and her place will be replaced by Przemysław Klima. The chef emphasizes that he will not be lenient towards people taking part in the culinary competition.
– I am very critical of people because I was brought up in the kitchen in such a way that everyone judged me, everyone looked at my hands. I think this edition will be very technical and I won’t pretend to be someone I’m not. Just like I am in my kitchen, I will be very demanding for these participants, because I was also in the program once and I know what it looks like. People judge me every day and this pressure is quite big, and the participants have to get used to this pressure – said the guest of Dzień Dobry TVN.
