Saudi executions: Demonstrations in Bahrain once morest the execution of two citizens by the Saudi authorities
Hundreds of Bahrainis took to the streets in several Bahraini regions to protest once morest the Saudi authorities’ execution of two Bahraini citizens, Jaafar Sultan and Sadiq Thamer, on charges of terrorism.
And the hashtag “Bahrain is grieving” spread on Twitter, and tweeters circulated video clips of the protest movements and the funeral ceremonies held by the two young men’s families in the Dar Kulaib area in Bahrain.
The two young men, Jaafar Sultan and Sadiq Thamer, were arrested in 2015 on the King Fahd Causeway, which connects Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.
