‘Protesting women have to stay indoors’: Taliban

Kabul: There have been widespread allegations that women’s rights have been denied in Afghanistan since the Taliban invaded and seized power. The Taliban, which had promised to protect women’s rights when it came to power, tightened its laws against women when it came to power.
