As airline employees who asked not to be identified, they revealed to journalists from this medium that the inconvenience to air operations that Jet Blue currently affects is due to the shortage of crew members.

Today there are long lines of people in the Jet Blue check-in area, looking to be able to travel to their destination, amid claims that an airline executive appears to offer explanations about flight delays and cancellations.

“The employees who check the passengers cannot speak and the only thing they ask people is to be calm, but with the desperation of one to reach their destination, how can they be calm”; travelers explained when they reacted angrily.

Many of the passengers claim that they made their reservations early, so now they are facing problems traveling to their destination, most of them to New York, Miami and Orlando.
