What ingredients does the protein bread contain?

While wheat or rye flour is used in conventional types of bread, this is replaced in protein bread with wheat, soy and lupine protein, but also with pea and field bean protein. In addition, it contains seeds, seeds and nuts or vegetable protein. Due to the grain substitute, the bread contains more protein than carbohydrates, but due to the addition of nuts and the like, it also contains more fat than other breads. The total amount of calories per 100 grams is therefore significantly higher than with other bread.

How does the protein bread affect our body?

Can we lose weight with the super bread?

We cannot lose weight with this bread alone. Anyone who eats a balanced and varied diet does not need to buy expensive protein bread. However, it is positive to note that the protein content is covered by vegetable protein, which keeps you full for longer and contains valuable unsaturated fatty acids from the nuts and seeds. But: The protein bread is comparable to a technological peak: it contains numerous additives and aids that can cause allergic reactions in some people.

Protein bread vs. mixed rye bread

100 grams of protein bread contains 14 grams of carbohydrates, mixed rye bread contains 40 grams of carbohydrates. The protein content of the mixed rye bread is 6.5 grams, while the protein bread scores with 23 grams.
