Doctors believe that awareness of how to deal with climate changes and high temperatures can greatly alleviate people’s suffering.

Doctors believe that neglecting the danger of high weather heat will lead to the death of thousands if awareness is not raised about the seriousness of heat and its negative effects, and preventive measures are taken to prevent sunstroke, heat exhaustion and dehydration.

Medically, direct exposure to the sun and temperatures of more than 30 degrees Celsius, in addition to high humidity, can be a dangerous indicator, as the body fails to self-cool itself, and cannot sweat, which may cause great damage to the heart, brain, muscles, and vital organs of the body, and this is what Threatening life and leading to death.

• High number of people suffering from heat exhaustion and heatstroke.

Frequent visits and travel, as well as going to resorts and public places, and attending family events that would be a source and a place for the transmission of diseases such as respiratory diseases.
