The excellent Jaafari Mufti, Sheikh Ahmad Qabalan, stressed that “protecting the state, remaining within its sovereign and existential meaning, and affirming our national interests and civil peace, requires that we understand that this country lies on the line of burning regional international interests.”

He said in a statement: “Therefore, dozens of international and regional security agencies praise him with a thousand and one covers, and they have their own kitchens, financial, media and subversive tools, their colored armies, and their superior capabilities in sectarian charging, mobilization, criminalization, swapping faces, and dancing on the blood of the victims.”

And he added, “What is required is to protect Lebanon, established by the footprint of Patriarch Howayek, and Lebanon liberated and protected by the fingerprint of the resistance. And for the witness of history, we recall that the day the Israelis occupied Beirut, Lebanon ended or almost ended, as there was no longer a state, a constitutional entity, an army, national institutions, or a free people, and the day everything ended The resistance was established as an ammunition for national salvation.

And he added, “After historical epics, the resistance restored the country, the state, the authority, and the institutions, and saved Lebanon. The resistance has no greed except to protect Lebanon in the form of its entity, its diversity, its diversity, its unifying state, and its national institutions.”

He continued, “In this context, there is no more than one army, state, authority, and weapon in this country. There is only a Lebanese state that suffered and is suffering from the most dangerous Zionist arsenal that it despoiled, so it was necessary for a liberation force and a guarantee of national defense, and the rescue and guarantee of defense was through a resistance that devoted itself to liberating and protecting Lebanon.” Today, its weapon of resistance constitutes the strategic ammunition of the state, the people, the army and national institutions.

And he stressed that “protecting Lebanon, the state, the institutions, and the people from protecting the resistance and neutralizing it from the sectarian agenda and the international game, and the sacred duty lies in protecting our national unity and not being drawn into the media game cooked in the name of international regional strife.”

Kabalan pointed out that “the logic of the state and resistance is complementary and existential for the entity, the state, and sects and their diversity, plurality, and options. Lebanon’s history in this field is crystal clear, and it is forbidden to oppress or challenge the resistance.”

And he believed that, “In this regard, national necessity obliges us to protect coexistence and resort to ministerial statements, because international and regional projects want Lebanon to be just a quagmire, ruin and civil war, and the solution is through politics.”

Kabalan pointed out, “The most important kitchen now for settlements is the House of Representatives, because the issue is one of saving a state and national interests, and the presidency of the republic in this circumstance is not just a number, but a national safety valve, and the national rescue is now going through a strong and fast government presidential settlement.”

He concluded by saying, “President Nabih Berri is an accomplished and guaranteed national figure, and his history of protecting the country’s pact is more well-known than fire, and in this field he is the greatest figure who can break the political rift and come up with a governmental presidential settlement that saves the country from the resounding catastrophe that surrounds it, and the main commandment is to protect Lebanon and its inclusive state and prevent The frantic strife and the affirmation of our national partnership, our hearts, our homes, our blood, our souls, and all our capabilities by serving our Christian brothers who form the pair of Lebanon’s resurrection.

It is noteworthy that Patriarch Al-Rahi had said today in his Sunday sermon that “it is not possible to live on one land in which there is more than one state, more than one army, more than one authority, and more than one sovereignty. Therefore, the Taif Agreement must be implemented, and we call for the election of a president as soon as possible.”
