Kuwait City: Kuwait Ministry of Interior warned to be careful once morest fake phone calls and messages. The authorities have issued a warning in view of the increasing number of victims of fraud by providing bank account information, password and OTP.

Officials said that phone calls asking for bank details should be ignored and fake phone calls and messages should not be responded to. Scammers will ask for information in a credible manner. However, the ministry has clarified that the authenticity of such phone calls coming in an official manner should be verified.
