In his blog Mikhail Ginzburg, a dietitian and psychotherapist, has warned against eating certain foods that he believes can harm the health of people over 60. His focus is on diet and nutrition.

According to him, the key element for maintaining health and youth is giving up sugar. Sugar is the main enemy that causes premature aging, says Ginzburg.
