The Ñuble Regional Prosecutor’s Office reported this Tuesday followingnoon that resolved to initiate an ex officio investigation for the crime of abuse for the case of a minor who was detained and violently thrown to the ground by a police officer -unlinked- in the Plaza de Armas de Chillán.
The situation was revealed following a video viralized by social networks and it affected a 15-year-old adolescent.
