Kochi: The High Court is considering the anticipatory bail application of Dileep and his co-accused in the conspiracy case of the investigating officers in the case of attacking the actress. The prosecution demanded that Dileep be questioned in custody and therefore not granted anticipatory bail.
The phones presented by Dileep are still unclear. The prosecution said that Dileep had not produced one of the requested phones. According to Dileep, this is an abandoned phone that was used in the past. The prosecution argued that it was a lie to say that he did not know regarding the phone that made regarding 2000 calls and that Dileep was trying to hide the evidence. The investigation team has handed over the information including the IMEI number of the phone to the court.
