The Competition Council has been notified of the proposed acquisition by the company Auto Nejma, exclusive representative of the Mercedes-Benz passenger and utility vehicle brands, SsangYong and Mahindra in Morocco, of the entire share capital of the Company operating the establishments Carrères-Durisol (SEDEC) and related voting rights. As a reminder, created in 1960, SEDEC is active in the construction of timber frame buildings and glued laminated timber frames.
In accordance with article 13 of law 104–12 relating to freedom of prices and competition as supplemented and amended and the item 10 of Decree No. 2–14–652 taken for his application, the Competition Council makes available to the public the “summary of the operation »–below, containing the information provided by the parties.
