YOUNG people tend to invest in property business to be used as a place of business. In fact, to realize their ambitions, they do not hesitate to join banking mortgages.

A number of developers are also trying to reach the youth market segment by building 2-in-1 concept office shophouses, namely two-story shophouses, with the upper floor as office space, while the lower floor is for other businesses.

“Hana Business Square is a concept that is highly sought after, both by the general public and young people who want to open a business and an office in one two-story shophouse,” said Harvest City Sales & Marketing Director Hyronimus Yohanes during the handover of the keys to Hana Business Square phase I to consumers.

Hana Business Square is a business and office space that is strategically built in the middle of the Harvest City area. In a short time, this shophouse was bought by consumers who were almost all young people.

According to Hyronimus, or usually called Ronny, Hana products are very suitable for young people because of their modern design and different from the shophouses around Cibubur.

In terms of price, the development of the Hana shophouse area is also very fast. The initial price in September 2023 was IDR 800 million, now for the same type it has reached IDR 1.2 billion.

“That means, within 9 months the price has gone up 40%. In fact, for the second phase of Hana shophouses that will be opened, the price is projected to reach Rp1.2 billion and could climb to Rp2 billion,” he said.

According to him, it could happen because Hana shophouses are considered luxurious, elegant, and of high quality. In addition, with a price of Rp2 billion, it is still affordable compared to other places around Cibubur which reach Rp3 billion.
