The Ministry of Technical Education and Vocational Training signed, this Monday, May 29, 2023, a partnership agreement with the company Winning Consortium Simandou SAU. This budget envelope will make it possible to strengthen the capacities of AGUIPE (Guinean Agency for the Promotion of Employment), the National Directorate of Employment and Entrepreneurship, as well as to organize study trips for executives in order to draw inspiration from international best practices, particularly in Singapore, and apply them in Guinea. The minister stressed that this agreement marks the beginning of a broader partnership with all stakeholders of the Simandou project, which also encompasses the promotion of local content.
The Managing Director of Winning Consortium Simandou SAU, Caroline Xiaobei Jiang, is committed to promoting local content in accordance with applicable conventions and laws.
