Khorfakkan, June 22, 2020, WAM/ The Eastern Region Department of the Department of Culture, at the Literary Council headquarters in Khorfakkan, organized a dialogue session entitled “In the UAE, man is the goal,” during which it hosted Colonel Dr. Bassem Hassan Al-Naqbi, and it was moderated by Abdullah Ahmed.
The session included several axes on the UAE’s efforts to promote and protect human rights, spread its culture among all segments of society, and enhance the positive image of the UAE in the field of respect for human rights.
Al-Naqbi touched on the pioneering initiatives of the UAE and its inspiring experiences in spreading the values of tolerance, and its honoring of benevolent initiatives that deserve praise and everyone who resides on the land of the Emirates, as it is the preferred country for Arab youth to live in, and its record of achievements.
The session was witnessed by Muhammad Saleh Al-Suwaiji, Director of the Department of Culture in the Eastern Region, and a number of officials in government departments and individuals interested in cultural affairs and the general public.
