On the occasion of World Mental Health Day we want to delve into how two leading companies in their sectors, Isdin and Volkswagen, focus their health and well-being strategy to promote the commitment of their employees. What measures do you choose to implement? How do they do that? What works best? How do they communicate it? How do they measure it?
Since the term mental health became popular and acquired the social relevance it has today, many companies have begun to focus on this area through measures aimed at improving the mental health of their workers. However, it is not enough to apply one or two actions that promote psychological well-being. There needs to be a solid strategy behind it that incorporates elements such as What needs does each person have, how to satisfy them, what budget is required or how to measure the results.among others.
We will talk regarding all this in the ORH webinar “Beyond flexible remuneration: wellbeing strategic for companies”, which we organized in collaboration with Betterfly, experts in flexible salary.
